Any services provided by Edwards Family Companies, Emerald Site Services, Arctos Erosion Control, Aqua Poppy Water Treatment, or Greenstone Supply will be subject to separate written service agreements. Project specifications, timelines, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and liabilities for services rendered will be defined in those separate agreements.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Sites shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Edwards Family Companies regarding your use of the Sites and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Sites.
